Meeting you where you're at
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a collaborative, human experience. My style is go-with-the-flow, I am here to meet you exactly where you are in the moment. Some days you might need to dive deep into processing trauma, and other days you might just need a safe space to vent about the mental load of parenting or get some much-needed validation. Whatever you bring into the room is exactly where we’ll start.

While our sessions feel conversational and low-pressure, I’m always pulling from a clinical toolkit designed to help you heal. I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for navigating the complexities of trauma, alongside (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Supportive Reflection to help you gain clarity and shift old patterns. We’ll work through the heavy stuff together, but we’ll do it at your pace, in a way that feels authentic to who you are.
